Change in Clan Requirements

Due to too many people of Halo 4 becoming Level 130 (mostly noobs and game spammers).   As of the 21st Feb 2013, To Join the clan via Halo 4 you must be Level 130 + Pass the spartan clan test map which tests your skills to see if your a halo player or a halo spammer.
